FOUNDER'S STORY

Trish Amodeo, RN, BSN, is a proud Ivy League graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, who began her career in 2005 at NYU Langone Medical Center working in the Cardiovascular Special Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit where she also completed the Critical Care Nurse Residency Program.

Over the next 13 years, she cared for patients in NY, RI, NJ, SC, & GA as a bedside nurse, nationally certified critical care nurse, Collegiate Assistant Nursing Instructor, and in managerial roles. After years at the bedside, Trish felt a deeper calling: not just to help people survive illness, but to teach them how to stay well — in mind, body, and spirit.

A lifelong athlete and devoted health food lover, she spent the next decade studying integrative wellness, somatic healing, and the power of the subconscious mind. Her passion became her mission: to create a new model that helps people release emotional pain, shift limiting beliefs, and build vibrant, lasting health from the inside out.

Today, through her signature eMOTION Cycling®Coaching Method, Trish empowers clients to move through stuck emotions, rewire their mindset, and ride toward a life filled with purpose, peace, and vitality.

She is a native of Sea Girt, New Jersey and has lived for the past 11 years in beautiful Saint Simons Island, GA with her husband, two young children, mother, and her Australian Shepherd.

Trish helps teens and adults learn how to move through life’s challenges with her novel, science-based methods that promotes neuroplasticity–the brain’s ability to change unwanted behaviors and promote new positive habits. Trish helps individuals get their wheels turning towards living a vibrant and fulfilling life, operating with a focus on her company’s core motto and mission statement:

"Change a Feeling. Feel the Change."
